Shyam brings with himself deep local real estate knowledge and execution capability. Shyam has a 100% track record of project delivery and sales with minimal use of third-party capital.

ANUJ DUSEJA

Director

Anuj Duseja has over 12 years of experience in the fields of real estate investment and development working for reputed firms such as Ascendas, Xander, and 8M. Anuj’s experience covers a diversified set of asset classes including residential, business parks, shopping malls and heritage assets. He holds a MS Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and BSc Project & Facilities Management from National University of Singapore.

Sahil Duseja has over 12 years of experience in real estate development, interior design and turnkey projects for residential and office spaces. Sahil has successfully executed over 200,000 SF of interior projects. He holds a BSc Construction Project Management from University of Salford, United Kingdom.
